You can't use your facebook account to log into twitter. Similarly you can't take your mind of this universe to other parallel universes. But some universes are not entirely parallel. There is some link between them. That link makes people have out-of-the-body experiences. That means, they take mind of this universe to other universes just like you use facebook account to login to many linked websites.
